Why do I pay shipping fees multiple times?
We are often asked why you have to pay several times for postage on a multiple purchase. Our operation is based on "print on demand" which means that your products are printed directly after your payment (we have no stock). Our printers do not manage the order grouping, ie each printed design is shipped separately, if you order 6 different designs you will receive 6 parcels. On the other hand if you order several times the same design but on different media (example: 1 T-Shirt + 2 Sweaters) then we apply the postage, in this case, and only in this case, the printer can send all your articles at once!

I want to cancel my order?

When will I receive my product?
We offer two types of delivery: Standard Delivery: Your product is sent in letter format without tracking. The postman will deposit your item in the mailbox of the recipient of the order. If your item exceeds A4 size, it will be sent in parcel format and will have a tracking number. Fast Delivery: By choosing this type of delivery (if proposed), you will have a tracking number to track the delivery of your order from his departure from our workshops.

Payment:
Is my credit card charged when I order a product?
No. Your card is charged only if the campaign reaches its goal. The collection of your order is made the day of the end of the campaign. If however the campaign does not reach its goal, no levy will be made on your bank account.
Accepted methods of payment:
You can pay your order by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) or via Paypal. Warning: Single-use e-cards are not accepted.
Checking your credit card:
